HI everyone just wanted to take time to introduce myself. My name is Ethan Johnston and am from slaton tx. I have always wanted a regular or f series farmall and enjoy learning about them. I purchased a 29 regular with hopes in restoring but it had more cracks in the block than good places and it was also on rubber as well as many other problems. I am back on the look out for a project even though I have too many old tractors but I always come back to wanting a regular really bad. I have been reading here for some time and want to thank everyone for all the information they have said and any that I will learn in the future.

Glad to have you! Those Regular/F-20 blocks are pretty forgiving - and thee are LOTS of them around. There might even be a couple three guys on the board who will have parts! Don't get discouraged by what looks like a daunting task - lots of people have brought basket cases back to life. With the help of some real knowledgeable folks on here, just about anything can be solved!
