Been gone awhile, sold my IH 460, bought a nice Ford 4000, still have the 8N, lost the IH "M" I had when the guy I bought it from (brother) sold it out from under me, and had a gift of a 1937 F-20 brought to me by Nebraska Kirk (he lives about 10 miles from me). It's in pieces but at least I don't have to tear it down, that way!

I live near Tecumseh, Ne - down in the SE corner of the state.

Last fall we finally got a couple milk cows, so my wife is into making home-made butter and cheese. The goats are still miffed, but they'll eventually get over it. Dairy cows are a totally different breed of cat from stock cows - different temperment and attitudes - and they think they're smarter then everyone else.

I grew up IH (Dad worked for IH and a local dealer), but the first tractor I ever operated on my own was a late 50's Ford 871 (SOS trans....) the neighbor had. I'm hooked on IH and Ford.

Glad you made it! I had to twist Howard's arm a little, but he finally let you back on :P
