Day 8 Saturday, June 7th McCook-Benkelman
Segment leaders: Bob Golding 308-340-5939 cell

7:00-8:00 Breakfast at Fuller’s Family Restaurant, 110 Norris Ave, McCook
Paid for by McCook National Bank

8:00 Leave McCook – Hwy 34 heading west

9:00 Stop in Culberston – Pit Stop break

10:30 At Trenton turn south on Hwy 25. Parade through El Dorado Manor parking lot – follow the 25 South & west to south end of Trenton Dam.
Drive north across Trenton Dam

11:30 Just west of Trenton Dam & Hwy 34 stop at North Shore Marina
for lunch. Paid for by Southwest Fertilizer, Trenton, Ne.

1:00 Head west on Hwy 34.

2:00 Stop at Pitner Park, west side of Stratton, tea & cookies by Legion ladies.

3:30 Stop in Max – pit stop

5:00 Stop in Benkelman – Agfinity, 33797 Hwy 34, for gas/diesel fuel
After fueling we will go to the city park for supper. On to the fairgrounds for tour of Jim Russell’s collection and put our tractors to bed for the night.

Day 9 Sunday, June 8th Benkelman to Haigler

6:30 Chamber of Commerce – Pancake & sausage breakfast in Ward Bond Memorial Park (Ward bond was born in Benkelman)

7:30 Driver’s meeting

8:00 Leave Memorial Park and head to Parks via County Road and out to State Lake Parks recreation area. Drive around the lake and back to Sage Hill Winery

11:00 Sage Hill Winery providing lunch

12:00 Head back to Parks and on to Haigler. Stop at American Legion to have cookies and cool drinks

3:00 Head out to the Three State marker Nebraska/Kansas/Colorado meet.
If driving motor home or pulling trailer. Will have transportation for those people.

Museums will be open in Haigler.

5:30 – Haigler –Country Café chicken fried steak dinner. Steiner Tractor parts sponsoring meal.
Haigler has 2 museums that will be open for our enjoyment.
