Youth under 16 may accompany adult driver at No Charge as long as Suitable seating is provided. Please fill out an additional form for each youth with age notation and mail in with yours. Contact your Segment Leader for seating requirements.

Your Cooperation with Segment leaders is very important
There has been some trouble in the past with drivers not staying in their speed group, slower tractors jumping in line ahead of faster ones and holding up the works etc. It will be noted that the Safety Pledge signed by drivers notes that they WILL cooperate fully with Segment Leaders. Leaders will remind Drivers of this if they are uncooperative repetitive violators will be asked to leave the Relay.

Thank you for your support and looking forward to a Fantastic Relay Across Nebraska in 2013 Celebrating the 100th Aniversary of the LINCOLN HIGHWAY.

One can go into a wild country and make it tame,
but, like a coat & cap & mittens that he can never take off,
he must always carry the look of the land as it was.
He can drive his plow through the nigger-wool,
make fields and roads go every way, build him a fine house
and wear the stiff collar, and yet he will always look like the grass where
the buffalo have eaten and smell of the new ground he has trod.
