i had my latest appt with the surgeon in Syracuse, yesterday. he said that unless the wound area should start looking worse, that the local wound care center (22 miles away vs 90 miles to Syracuse) should be sufficient to get my ankle healed up, without the need for even a skin graft. the healing has looked to have gone into overdrive the last 3-4 weeks. we can see the edges of the open area growing towards each other week by week. thank you, Lord! and for prayers!

See, a little dirt was what it needed all along! Great news!

That is good news. May continued healing persist. God Bless.
