I don't have a baler for my Sears 10 XL so I guess I'll just mow and leave it lay.
We have been getting rain so I don't do much else. Today I have to run to NP and bring the Hemi home from the hospital. The rear end seal was starting to leak and they had a hard time getting it right. I hope it makes it to Racine next month. I am a little juberous about taking it. Maybe I will take my transmission filler along
I want to get the bulls turned out ASAP and I have 100 acres of hay down. I still have my own hay to cut too.

As Howard said, it's been raining a lot. Can't plant soybeans so I'm going fishing.

We've been getting a lot of rain too. We have gotten over 6" since Tuesday, I finished the 1st cutting of hay Monday. The river started coming up Wednesday and I got it moved to a high spot but not to the hills. Yesterday I built a gooseneck hitch to used on a tractor so I can move the hay to the hills as soon as the water recedes. I usually pull it with my pickup but that's a rough dusty road and a tractor would work better. Ive got over 200 bales of pretty good hay that I would loose if we had a major flood.

Ran the Ford 860 with brush hog in front pasture for 3 hrs. Then went to town to get some material for bench. Later this evening I went out and put 36 rds through my 45 ACP. Tomorrow I'll probably put the remaining rds from box of 50 through some paper.

Went to the cemetery on Saturday to put flowers on Wife's Fathers grave, Mom's too. He was in Korea. Passed at 50. The Boy Scouts place a flag at each Veterans grave at 10:00 AM. This morning we went to the Avenue of Flags ceremony to honor all Vets....James
