I started rebuilding the engine for my 1935 F30 almost a year ago now! Boy, time sure flies! This engine threw a rod and busted the block but I found a replacement 1935 block. I got as far as installing the crank with new bearings, installed lifters and cam and bolted on the front cover and clutch housing. The project stalled there as I needed 2 pistons and 2 sleeves yet and several other things. I have been meaning to drag home a parts F30 from nearby but was pretty busy with work this summer and did not get around to it. Work has slacked off some this fall so now I have some play time :D

I did get around to installing the flywheel yesterday and assembled the head so it is ready to drop on once the sleeves
and pistons are in.

IT RUNS!! BUT.... wouldn't you know.... I neglected to take any pictures or get a video   I did not run it long because oil started leaking around the base of the oil filter cover, turns out I took out the old dried up O-ring and forgot to put in a new one

What's with the blue wheels? Are you going to paint it Case New Holland?

The wheels were already blue when I bought them at a swap meet a couple of years ago  I know I should have stripped the paint off... That makes 3 guys that have commented on them now :?
